Working with Your Advisors

Every engagement runs on one plan that all your advisors work from.

  • Accountant
  • Lawyer
  • Investment advisor
  • Banker
  • Insurance broker
  • Property manager

You choose your advisors and decide what they see. We build the plan with you, agree with each advisor at the outset who does what, and follow up until each item is done. Your lawyer drafts the documents, investment decisions stay with you and your investment advisor, and your assets stay with your own custodians.

The Founders

Kailey McLeod, CPA, CA, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Kailey McLeod, CPA, CACo-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Kailey has spent more than a decade advising families and private businesses, first in public accounting and then as the senior finance executive inside a family office, where she ran the finance and operations team and advised the family on portfolio strategy across traditional and alternative assets.

Konnor McLeod, CFA, Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer

Konnor McLeod, CFACo-Founder and Chief Investment Officer

Konnor built the investment side of a single-family office from the ground up after its principal’s business exit, and oversaw its holdings across public and private markets. With a focus on direct private equity, he helped source, structure and close several acquisitions of established, founder-led industrial businesses.

A small number of families, served exceptionally well, is a more meaningful practice than a large number served adequately.

Start with a Conversation

Email us a few lines about your family’s situation and, if it makes sense to talk, we will arrange a first conversation. Kailey and Konnor take first meetings themselves. Advisors are welcome to speak with us first and make the introduction.
